In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll explore the Vajrayana—otherwise known as Tibetan Buddhism. What is its history? How does it differ from the other forms of Buddhism? What are Tibetan Buddhism’s unique perspectives and training methods, and how does each work to support spiritual awakening? What might you expect as a student on the Vajrayana path? Bring your questions, curiosity, and even your skepticism as we explore one of the world’s many paths to waking up to the precious opportunities of being human.
