The classic path of Buddhist meditation is founded upon the cultivation of calm abiding (shamatha or shinay) and clear seeing (vipashyana or lhatong): the capacity to be present in experience and to directly understand its nature.
This four-class series will combine study, reflection, and meditation practice with homework and carrying practices.
Open to all.
Those who are in the Buddhist Practitioners Program do NOT need to register for these classes; they are included in the BPP.
