Monsters Under the Bed

Despite our best intentions, we often find ourselves in unintended situations. Where do habitual emotional reactions come from? How do our images of self and other lead to confusion and conflict? Are we born with a certain karma and that’s our fate? Let’s explore how we create the world we live in, and how it’s possible to see more clearly and act more intentionally. Topics to be explored include karma, kleshas, the six realms of samsara, and the three turnings of antidote, recognize, transform. This four evening series will draw from the contemplations and meditations in “Wake Up to Your Life” by Ken McLeod.
