While most people understand that the body eventually stops functioning, few are familiar with the actual stages of dying.

This course walks through the traditional Tibetan Buddhist understanding of the dying process—from the exhaustion of lifespan through the dissolution of the elements—exploring the physical, energetic, and mental experiences that unfold.
