Abiding Light Coast Retreat

Join us for the Dekeling Community’s annual retreat on the Oregon Coast. Led by George Draffan.

Following on the Monsters Under the Bed class, in this retreat we’ll explore traditional methods for transforming habitual patterns into the freedom and power of the spirit of awakening (bodhicitta). The retreat will integrate stable attention (calm abiding), clear seeing (vipashyana), chanting, gentle movement practice (qigong), individual interviews, and group discussion.
